The Delegates to the Ward 1 convention will meet on Saturday July 27th at the Heat and Frost Insulators Local 34 Union Hall at 95 Empire Drive in Saint Paul. The meeting will be called to order at 9am and the endorsement for the Ward 1 City Council special election will be considered.
