The League of Women Voters of Saint Paul have organized candidate forums for the city’s mayoral, school board and Ward 1 city council elections. All candidates who will appear on the ballot are invited to attend.
Mayoral Candidate Forum: Thursday, October 24, from 7-8:30pm at the School District Central Office (360 Colborne St.).
School Board Candidate Forum: Thursday, October 17 from 7-8:30pm at the Hallie Q. Brown-Martin Luther King Community Center (270 Kent St.). This forum is co-sponsored by the MN Achievement Gap Committee and the Hallie Q. Brown-Martin Luther King Center.
School Board Candidate Forum: Wednesday, October 23 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Rondo Community Library (461 N. Dale St.). This candidate forum is sponsored by LIFT to End Poverty, Network of Education Action Teams (N.E.A.T.), Jewish Community Action (JCA) and the Aurora-Saint Anthony Neighborhood Development Corporation (ASANDC).
